TOMS fans in the UK turned it up for One Day Without Shoes in 2011. Led by the TOMS UK team and some of the awesome stores that carry TOMS, we picked up an impressive following across the pond, most notably in London.

Side by side without shoes, they walked Carnaby Street, a heavily-trafficked shopping street in Soho, and ‘experienced the walk’ by traipsing through samples of rugged terrain to simulate conditions in some of the areas where we gives shoes. They screened the TOMS documentary, “For Tomorrow,” chalked the streets with drawings of TOMS flags, and made origami inspired by One for One.

To say the least, One Day Without Shoes was an incredible day of awareness within the TOMS UK community, and we’re stoked to take part alongside this group of folks all over again this April 10th!

Excitement is brewing for our London event this spring, where we’ll have awesome activities centered around the impact we’re having together with the One for One movement.
