Participation in One Day Without Shoes (the “Event”) is entirely voluntary and neither TOMS Shoes, nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, or representatives will be held liable for (i) claims resulting from or arising out of any injuries sustained by participants in connection with the Event, or (ii) any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages that result from any participation in the Event.
